Desired Email offers a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. Promoters are not employees of Desired Email, LLC. There is no salary, no hourly wage, and no guaranteed income.
You decide when, where, and how you promote Desired Email. You set your own schedule, choose your own methods, and control your level of effort. Desired Email does not require minimum hours, quotas, or specific work times.
Earnings are not guaranteed. Commissions and possible overrides depend on your personal effort, consistency, and results. Income may be zero. Past results do not predict future results.
Promoters are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and business decisions. Desired Email does not withhold taxes and does not provide employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off.
This opportunity is non-exclusive. You may work full time, part time, or not at all, and you may pursue other opportunities at the same time.
Tax and banking information is not required to apply or begin promoting. This information is requested only before commissions and overrides are paid, which typically occurs after at least one hundred dollars ($100) in earned commissions and overrides.
Overrides may be earned only as described in the Independent Contractor Agreement. Overrides are not guaranteed and are not required to succeed. Referring other promoters is optional, and this is not a multi-level program.

DESIRED EMAIL, LLC INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Desired Email, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company ("Company") and the individual or entity accepting this Agreement ("Promoter").
There are no quotas, no required hours, and you can start earning immediately.
Most Promoters complete this and begin the same day.
1. Purpose
You are joining Desired Email as an Independent Contractor to promote Desired Email services and help grow our subscriber base.
This is a simple opportunity to earn income by sharing a service designed to improve how people communicate.
You control your time, your schedule, and your results.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate as a Promoter, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide a valid phone number within the United States.
- Provide a valid email address.
- Provide a valid physical address within the United States.
- Provide a valid United States bank account. (This will be provided directly to our bank. See section 6 for details.)
- Provide your Taxpayer Identification number. (This is an IRS requirement.)
3. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company.
You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and work methods.
The Company does not provide employee benefits or tax withholding.
4. What You Will Do
As a Promoter, you may:
Promote Desired Email only to individuals, charities, and businesses located within the United States.
Businesses include non-profit organizations such as charities, religious entities, and schools.
Refer new subscribers using your Promoter Code or landing page.
Recruit others to promote Desired Email.
You help promote. You do not build or manage the system.
5. Compensation
You earn compensation, including commissions and overrides, based on paying subscribers.
All totals below are based on cumulative lifetime sales. Your rates increase as you grow and never decrease.
Commission Rates
- 14% under $1,000
- 15% from $1,000 to $9,999.99
- 16% at $10,000 or more.
Override Rates
- 3.50% under $10,000.
- 3.75% from $10,000 to $99,999.99
- 4.00% at $100,000 or more
Commision Example
One customer could purchase several accounts and different account types.
Example:
1 Primary Accounts @ $108 each = $108
2 Dependent or Portal Accounts @ $72 each = $144
Total sale = $252
At 14% commission, you earn $35+
10 customers = $350+
100 customers = $3,500+
Override Example
$10,000 in team sales? $350+
$100,000 in team sales? $4,000+
How This Builds Over Time
10 customers per month at ~$35 each = $350/month
12 months = $4,200+
As you grow:
Your rate increases to 15% and 16%.
Your team can generate additional override income.
Renewals and Additional Purchases
You earn compensation, including commissions and overrides, on renewals and future purchases attributed to you.
This includes customers who start with one account and later add more or upgrade.
Consistent effort builds a growing base of renewals and additional purchases, increasing your income over time.
Key Points
You are paid only when your Promoter Code or landing page is used.
Unattributed sales are Company sales.
All earnings are based on verified Company records.
Certification Incentives
Pass the optional certification test? $25 bonus (paid after your first $25 in earnings).
Perfect score? Maximum commission and override rates immediately.
6. Payment Terms
Paid weekly.
No minimum payout.
Paid via ACH (bank transfer).
You will receive an email from Novo to securely connect your bank account. Select "Link Your Bank Account." Desired Email does not store your banking credentials.
You will receive a confirmation email showing the account selected for payment. You must confirm it is correct.

All tools provided to Promoters are completely free of charge.

Used to learn the service and demonstrate it to others.
This is an unlimited account shared by all Promoters.
Operator Account
Free Account with 1 GB of Storage.
Used to communicate with us.
Sales Landing Page
Converts visitors into customers.

8. Certification (Optional but Recommended)

9. No Quotas
No quotas. No minimums. No required hours.
Your results are based on your effort.
10. Conduct and Compliance
You must act with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.
You agree to:
Represent Desired Email accurately.
Follow all applicable laws.
You may not:
Send spam.
Misrepresent the service.
Engage in fraud, abuse, or unethical conduct.
Harm the reputation of Desired Email.
Fraud and Chargeback Protection
Earnings are based on valid, legitimate subscriber activity.
Accounts created without legitimate intent to use the service will be deemed invalid and will result in reversal of earnings.
If any transaction is later reversed, refunded, or disputed, including chargebacks, the Company reserves the right to reverse, offset, or recover any earnings, including commissions, overrides, bonuses, or any other compensation associated with that transaction.
This applies regardless of when the dispute occurs.
If you violate these terms:
Your Promoter status will be immediately terminated.
Access will be revoked.
The Company will pursue legal action to recover damages.
These actions are enforced consistently and without exception.
11. Attribution
You are paid only when your Promoter Code or landing page is used.
If no code is used, the sale is a Company sale.
12. Payment Requirements
You must:
Provide valid banking information.
Maintain a bank account within the United States.
Your banking information is handled securely and is not stored by Desired Email.
Provide your valid Taxpayer Identification Number, a valid United States address, your full valid legal name. These are all IRS requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
You are responsible for your own actions and business activities.
The Company is not responsible for your financial decisions or marketing methods.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the full understanding between you and Desired Email.
15. Acceptance
